  Today at 6:23 pm January 23rd 2022, we lost my maternal grandma to bone cancer. She battled long and fought hard. She endured extreme pain. Her heart functioned at 20% and at the time she was diagnosed with the illness, it was already late. Doctors declared that she could not endure chemotherapy. Above that, she had fractured her spine and could hardly move her lower body. She could not have been operated on as her heart could not bear with that. Last summer she contracted covid and made it out fine while having a partially functioning heart, fractured spine and bone cancer in multiple locations. She was a happy, funny, honest, pure and loving woman. A mother of five children whom she taught well. She was nothing but full of love for everyone. Her last days in the mortal world were terrible and full of suffering. For a wonderful woman like her, the end should not have been this way. She is in a better place now.
